Conditions of Hire:
1. The person booking the holiday is responsible for his/her guests. No additional guests, other than those listed may be invited to stay without prior written agreement.
2. Drugs are not permitted in any of the properties.
3. Until you have written confirmation that the booking has been accepted, the booking is not confirmed and no contract exists. Provisional bookings may be held for up to 7 days pending receipt of your deposit and booking form.
4. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before commencement of the let. The balance payment must be accompanied by a separate cheque for £50 as damage deposit.
5. While representations are made in good faith, neither they or any verbal representations are intended to do more than give a general indication of the holiday property.
6. It is a condition that the whole rent is payable even if you are unable for any reason to take up your reservation in full or in part. Provided Rent in Spain Group have been given sufficient notice in writing, they will endeavour to re-let the property and, if successful, make a refund to you allowing for any additional expenses incurred.
7. Rent in Spain Group and the owner of the property will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or sickness to you or any member of your party or third party. Use of amenities is entirely at the user's risk. Children must always be kept under control. Please show consideration for neighbours.
8. It is a condition of booking that all persons arrange full and adequate health and travel insurance.
9. No pets unless by special arrangement.
10. You are responsible for the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it. The property and all its equipment must be left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday period and ready for occupation by the next tenants.
11. If the holiday property should not be available owing to damage by fire, flood, storm or for any reason outside the control of the owner, Rent in Spain Group will refund to you the full amount of monies paid by you to them, but the liability is limited to the refund of such monies.
12. You must leave the keys of the property immediately at the end of the holiday period where they were left for you or return them to a staff member.
13. At the end of the holiday period all moved or borrowed items must be returned to their original location. Broken items must be replaced with one of similar value and appearance.
14 .For your security it is a condition of our hire and most airlines that you have adequate travel insurance.
